And we’re off!

Hurray!!!!! At last!!!!!

The scales are moving in the right direction and I am absolutely delighted.  I’m not quite at 9 stone 6 yet but I have been trying really hard it has got to be said. 

No chocolate, no alcohol and healthy eating of 3 meals and two snacks a day.   I have also been for an hours trek and and half hour bike ride this week, so as you can read I am really going for it now. 

So what do I weight now?  X-1 of course.  Remember when I said that I was measuring my weight in kilos because it means nothing to me.  Well I am measuring the weight loss in pounds because it looks more that way. 

So this week I have lost 2lbs, 1kg and I am already focusing on what I can do better in the coming week – inspiring or what?
