The diet class which encompasses Bollywood dancing!
Well those of you who know that I bottled out of the class last week, will breath a huge sigh of relief (and quite possibly think “it’s about time”) but I attended the Rosemary Conley class on Wednesday evening.
I met two some lovely encouraging ladies, notably Sarah and Jane who were really encouraging and supportive – so brilliant to get into a class which has like minded people!
The class consisted of a weigh in, and then a little bit of a pep talk about what foods to have instead of chocolate or crisps if you are craving these, then it was onto the exercise. Now I was expecting to do aerobics, maybe step, even circuits, so you can imagines my surprise to discover that we were in fact going to learn to dance bollywood stylie!
What fun was had, partly through the fact that the entire class were shimmying and swaying; picture the scene… leggings, t shirts and baggy tops, not quite silk scarves, gold belly chains etc but none the less it was great fun and very energetic. I really enjoyed it.
