Which diet to pick?
Well there’s so many to choose from, There’s Weight Watchers, Slimming World, Rosemary Conley, Atkins, Blood type group and loads of others, so now I have to choose which of the above or others out there i’m going to pick.
I decided to buy a few magazines to help me choose which might be best for suiting my tastes and lifestyle. So I bought the Weight Watchers magazine, Slimming World magazine and the Rosemary Conley diet and fitness magazine. Both the Slimming World and the Rosemary Conley magazine had free recipe books with them, which actually proved really useful as I could get a real insight into the meals, what ingredients are used, and whether or not I liked the look of them!
From the magazines themselves, weight Watchers had the most adverts, Slimming World had the most recipes and Rosemary Conley’s was by far the best put together, with articles on food, nutrition, successes but also quite motivational too.
Some of the recipes on the Rosemary Conley (which I think is based on being low GI) look great – there are even muffins etc, so I think i’m going to go along to the class this coming week and join up. I will of course be blogging about how it goes, and what happened etc
But in the meantime, please let us know which plans you have followed and if, like me, you have a sweet tooth are best suited to it!
