Cure for Chocolate Cravings

It has got to be said that now that all the chocolate that was in the house (left over from Christmas) has gone, I don’t really have any great need to eat chocolate any more. 

When it was available I just had to eat it.  With every hot drink I need a piece, or two.  After every meal (even breakfast), I need something sweet.

I tried to say to myself, just have one.  You can just have one every day and that way, you are still satisfying your desire for the brown stuff, but not overdoing on the fat front.  But I couldn’t just have one.  Once the box or bar was opened it was three or four each time…..until they were all gone.

Peace has returned to my life once again…….there is no chocolate frenzy……..and I am back on track with the healthy eating.
