Lose weight the Algebra way!
Today is the day. I feel absolutely great. The sun is shining and I’m ready for anything…….and I have just got off the scales.
I could get really depressed about the numbers that I have just seen, but I’m not going to.
Instead I am just going to use these numbers as a starting point and that’s all.
I am going to call this starting point X ….. for two reasons and for two reasons only!!!
- I always loved algebra at school and
- I don’t want to focus on the actual number (which is my weight), more so I can focus on the weight I have lost. So if I lose 1kg my weight will be (x-1).
