What will the scales say?… 1 Day to weigh in

Well I’ve followed the plan, to the letter (no cheating whatsoever) and actually it’s been relatively easy.  The breakfast’s have been good, varying from Special K, bacon and eggs, to smoothies. Lunches have also been pretty tasty ranging from soup, sweet potatoes, egg salads etc.

Evening meals have consisted of roast chicken dinners, chicken kebabs, pasta bolognese and also roasted beef and vegetables.

So I will wait with baited breath (and will update you) to find out how well I have done according to the scales that are in the room!
