The Clock is Ticking!

No not my biological clock, the count down clock to my holiday.

I have lost another pound this week, that brings it to the grand total of 6 pounds in just over two months. 

 Its not a staggering result I know, but it is a positive result and that’s what I am focusing on. 

With just over a week to go to bikini-fest, can I lose 13 pounds in that time?  On current form the answer is most definitely no.  In terms of responsible weight loss, the answer should be no.  I will keep it as my target anyway and if I only lose 1 more pound so much the better for me. 

I am going for it over the next week though, starting with a bike ride, pilates and the Food Doctor 7 day weight loss programme.
